CPI(ML) general secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya on Friday said the members of the party and its frontal organisations would gherao the state assembly on February 25 to press CM Nitish Kumar to get a resolution passed in the House against implementation of the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), National Population Register (NPR) and National Register of Citizens (NRC).
